Our client specializes in Microsoft Web service. They have two offices located Mijdrecht and The Hague and they have assignments all around the Netherlands.
Our clients have between 30 and 35 IT-consultants constantly posted on different assignments. They have an income of 3 to 5 million euro’s on year basis.

The position
• As Senior test engineer you are responsible for designing, developing and evaluating complex test plans and test cases.
• In addition to the standard test activities such as brainstorming, design, implementation and evaluation of test plans and test cases; you are able to write, implement and monitor the Test Master plan.
• You establish the acceptance-criteria along with the client and determines and decides on the test strategy to be used.
• Along with your team, you generate physical test cases including manufacturing preconditions and you allow for test automated execution.
• You advise on the risks of test object that is to be set into production; prepare the test documents and a final report.
• As a Senior Test Engineer you are able to coordinating test projects and coach Junior and Medior Test Engineers.

The position briefly summarized:

- Specifying logical and physical test cases;
- Specifying output data;
- Specify test and realize infrastructure;
- Filling of files with basic test;
- Test Execution;
- Review and evaluate test results;
- Manage Test Ware;
- Assisting less experienced colleagues
Your profile
• You can commit to relocate to the Netherlands for a period of at least 3-5 years.
• You are able to relocate on short notice (3months).
• You have technikon/ university working and thinking skills, gained through training and / or experience.
• Several years of experience in the test industry.
• You Are analytical.
• You are communicative, and you have excellent written and verbal skills. You are fluent in English and Afrikaans both in word and in writing.
• You are a cooperative leader and motivator and is flexible, results-oriented and quality conscious.
• You have perseverance and you're eager to learn.
• You can work under time pressure.
• You have a professional approach, empathy.
• Prepare to learn and invest.
• Experience with creating test plans and experience in coaching colleagues.
You have demonstrable knowledge and / or experience with
• Test Preparation and implementation in different environments and / or organizations
• Knowledge of test methodologies (TMAP and / or Frame Test and / or ISTQB).

What does our client offer?

• Salary: 3500 - 4250 euro’s per month. Excluding Bonus(can run to € 400 per month based on a 40-hour work week). Excluding € 100 netto per month expense allowance based on a 40-hour work week.

Working hours: 36 to 40 hours per week.
