I have reviewed your screenshot and it appears to be set up correctly.
The reason why the buttons are not showing on your website may be related to either a problem with the plugin or related to the verification of your account.
Your Amazon Payments Account is not yet fully verified, the registration and verification team has requested more information from your side.
To provide the missing details please access the Amazon Payments - UK (Production View) and go to Settings > Account Info
Then provide the details for "Bank Account". The team in charge will review your details and contact you to let you know about the next step of the verification.
Once the account is verified it will be fully usable and the integration should work correctly.
If after the account is verified you are still experiencing issues with the plugin I would advise you to contact OpenCart and ask them to look into this issue further.
